In this picture you see the normally soft spoken Neville Longbottom beaten, bloodied, bruised, and covered in...hmmm....birt (I ran out of b's. birt = dirt) and standing in what looks to be the ruins of Hogwarts. Many of the characters in the background are hard to make out but one character, even fuzzy, can easily be placed. To the left of Neville's shoulder is the woman responsible for the murder of his parents, Bellatrix Lestrange. Can't wait to see this flick this summer!

Word has recently come out that the production crew had been granted permission by JK Rowling to change a major event in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. This event is the death of Severus Snape. Don't worry, Snape still get's his, but it is where he dies that has changed. In the second half of the book, Voldemort has Nagini (his snake) bite the shit out of Snape thinking that Snape is the true master of the Elder Wand. This murder takes place in the Shrieking Shack and leads to an amazing part of the series where the entire history between Snape and Harry's mother is revealed.
Well the production team felt the the Shrieking Shack was too boxed in for such an amazing ending for an epic character so a new location was created just for Part 2. The location is called the Crystal House and is apparently situated so that Harry can look into the building to see Nagini's attack and the house can also overlook the burning of Hogwarts.
According to members of the cast and crew, there wasn't a dry eye in the house during the filming of the death of Snape.
